Performance evaluations provide feedback to help students become better workers and to guide our staff in supporting our student worker community. If you supervise more than one student, please complete one survey for each student.
We ask that you evaluate the student worker’s performance accurately and objectively. Please include as many comments as possible to explain your rating. This feedback is essential for student growth.
We have shortened the review and it should take 10 minutes to complete.
